Concerns should be reported as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly.
Service Scope
Cleaning tasks, frequency, supplies, access requirements, and special instructions should be confirmed before service begins. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval or pricing.
Cancellation Policy
Clients should provide advance notice for schedule changes or cancellations whenever possible. Recurring service cancellations, lockouts, or unavailable access may be subject to the terms agreed upon in the service quote or cleaning agreement.
Refund / Service Adjustment Policy
Because janitorial work is a performed service, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. When a valid service issue is reported, we may offer a correction, service adjustment, or other reasonable resolution based on the situation.
